Our stay was pretty fabulous. Room was clean and no weird smells, which is a plus. Staff very friendly and their biscuits and gravy is delicious. We added an additional night and it was only $100. You can't beat that.

This was a great hotel. We have stayed in many different hotels and motels on our trips to Branson and I do believe by far this was one of the best the pool, the accommodations, the friendly staff the cleanliness of everything definitely five stars. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Overall, our stay here was fine. There's definitely a reason there's no exterior photos, though. But you know what they say - don't judge a book by its cover. For the positive side of things, the pool area looked amazing although it was still closed for the season when we went. Breakfast was good, and the lady serving it was fantastic. So sweet and funny and remembered people from day to day - putting out specific cereal bowls and telling us she thought of our son when she put them out. So sweet! The room itself was pretty fine, actually really clean considering we had to look under the beds multiple times because we had a toddler with us, IYKYK. There was a fridge with an actual freezer in the room, too! On the negative...there was rarely someone at the front desk it felt like, and the keycard scanner at the front was finicky. So we got "locked out" on more than one occasion. And this was at, say, 7 PM, not late at night or anything. If you were in the shower and someone flushed nearby...get ready to be iced out, but don't touch the hot water handle because once it comes back it will come back with a fiery vengeance. The WiFi was questionable, which was unfortunate for us, a Master's student and Doctoral student with a cartoon loving toddler, trying to do homework and keep the kiddo entertained as he wound down for bed. We were on the second floor and had no noise issues. We brought our dog so we kept the Do Not Disturb sign up our whole stay. There wasn't a lot of grassy area for him but that's not really on the hotel, we just appreciated that they allowed pets and the pet fee was only like $11/night. The froyo place right next door was amazing - a bit expensive but tasty as can be. We didn't use it but the Pizza Hut right next door would have been handy had we needed a quick, walkable food option. Not that it really mattered, but we didn't realize we stayed on the wrong side of Branson for what we wanted to do. If you want to be close to the mini-golf places, the fun restaurants, Dolly Parton Stampede, the fun museums, etc then this is the place for you. We didn't really want to do most of that so we had a bit of a drive but that's on us.

The hotel was very convenient to the strip and not too far to the airport for the air show. We were at the hotel for 4 nights but our room was only serviced after the 1st night. Maybe it had just gotten too busy to get to everyone. After all nobody makes the bed at home every day either. :) Breakfast was pretty good and it was a bit too cool to use the pool unfortunately. Overall it was a great stay.

After a botched attempt to stay at the hotel across the street who is apparently closed for remodeling we spent he sign said to go across the street and that hotel would accommodate us. The front desk lady who I believe was jessica came out to the car( we didn't want to unpack all 4 kiddos) she explained to us that she could accommodate us with one room with double beds or an attached room for a great deal. She also gave us a few discount and coupon cards for things to do around town with our whole family. She took me to 3 different rooms and let me choose which one I wanted while my husband set in the car with the kiddos. There was pack n play avaliable if we needed it for our baby. She also informed me we could drive uo the road to the carriage house inn to use indoor saltwater pool because the pool wasnt opened yet. Some rooms haven't been updated yet which is fine. Our room was clean and all ready for our one night stay. I will definitely go back again. Oh also the breakfast is yummy!! I would also like to mention I loved the quiet location but it was just a 2 minute drive from the strip.

Very clean. Breakfast is wonderful especially the biscuits and gravy. Lois served with a smile. I liked the fact that you were served and it wasn’t a buffet. Easy access to everything we did while in town. Will be sure to visit this inn again.
